I ran ncompact with no switches, both last night and after the upgrade on Saturday. However, while just on the phone w/Lotus support again, we discovered that the ODS of the mail databases is still 41, despite the fact that I compacted them after the upgrade. The Lotus tech is now speculating that the templates themselves may be corrupted and has advised me to replace all templates with restored copies from before the upgrade. I will also re-run the compact on all mail files tonight to see if we can get the ODS upgraded.
I have received the hotfix I was promised for the crashing issue and (during a conveniently timed crash) applied it. Fingers crossed.
